I have learned a lot of lessons during the process. The most important is really feeling how ego can be a propulsive force if channelled in the right direction, but a rogue pirate of utter destruction if left unchecked. It blinds the eyes, corrupts the heart and wages war on relationships. Dramatic? Yes. True? Yes. I have taken this lesson away and determine to once again strip things down to the minimal, the basic, the valuable. To observe my path and correct it when appropriate.
